We are very disappointed with our salesman and the service we received trying to buy a new car. We were given a minimal amount of attention by sales agent Gabriel. Their service department is great Their sales department are filled with scam artists and frauds Starr clear and don’t ever buy a car here!!!!! Two years later a fraudulent car salesman told me I had to come right in as I was over my mileage and change cars this week or my lease would go up 300 dollars! I call Volvo and reported this person as I was not over and would not need to pay more!!! ABDE BOUKA IS who called and lied and should honestly be fired!!! Fraudulent behavior dose not gain respect or get customers!!! Hopefully they fire him More

ANOTHER EXCELLENT experience at Volvo cars North Miami! I wouldn’t choose any other Volvo dealership. This is my third XC90 and everyone was so helpful through the entire process. Kai the sales advisor I wouldn’t choose any other Volvo dealership. This is my third XC90 and everyone was so helpful through the entire process. Kai the sales advisor was great!! He went over and above to explain, show, and ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. Serdar, the sales manager, was patient and understanding.I was amazed by his willingness to help ease my stress through the process of negotiations. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a phenomenal price!! Zuly in the finance dept also made everything run smoothly and was a pleasure to work with. The entire experience was seamless. I also have to express that VOLVO is ⭐️GOLD⭐️ for appreciating teachers! They give special offers to help make driving such an amazing car possible.
