love the smell of a new car! I had a great experience working with Vince Clapp. He was very patient & answered all my questions. I am enjoying my new 2015 XC 60 so far. Didn't feel warm & fuzzy there. Customer service is a very important piece in any large purchase for me. Happily Vince made up for the lack it. Thanks all! More

I WALKED INTO THE SERVICE DEPT. NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT, THEN REALIZING THAT IT WAS NOT WORTH IT TO PUT MONEY INTO A NINE YEAR OLD WONDERFUL VOLVO THAT I HAD PURCHASED HERE, THAT I HAD TOO KEEP ME S EXPECT, THEN REALIZING THAT IT WAS NOT WORTH IT TO PUT MONEY INTO A NINE YEAR OLD WONDERFUL VOLVO THAT I HAD PURCHASED HERE, THAT I HAD TOO KEEP ME SAFE AND WORRY FREE FOR ALL THOSE YEARS I HAD TO POSSIBLY LET IT GO. I WENT OVER TO THE FORD LOT, AND WENT TO LOOK AT THE FUSIONS, I WAS APPROACHED BY GLENN PARSONS, AND I TOLD HIM MY CAR WAS IN THE SERVICE DEPT. AND TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH PRICE WISE AND OPTIONS. HE WAS VERY NICE AND CONSIDERATE TO MY NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS. HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT MODELS OF THE FUSION AND WHAT THE OPTIONS AND UPGRADES WERE. WHEN I FOUND THE ONE THAT WAS GREAT FOR MY NEEDS, HE SHOWED ME THE HOW THIS WORKED AND THAT WORKED AND HOW MUCH NEWER AND SAFERTHE CAR WOULD BE. HE EVEN NEGOTIATED WITH MY NEIGHBOR OVER THE PHONE TO GET ME THE BEST PRICE. IT WAS A REWARDING BUT VERY EMOTIONAL,SINCE I JUST LOST TWO PEOPLE THAT I HAD LOVED VERY MUCH. More

My experience with Beach Automotive Group has been very positive. I am relatively new to the Myrtle Beach area and have now had service performed on my Volvo three times since moving here. Each time, the positive. I am relatively new to the Myrtle Beach area and have now had service performed on my Volvo three times since moving here. Each time, the people at the service desk have been professional and courtesous, and I have been satisfied with the work performed on the car. While I find the cost to have my car serviced at Beach Automotive Group to be relatively expensive, I also feel that I can depend on the car being serviced correctly. I didn`t know much about Volvo or your dealership but my wife was interested in the C30 and wanted me to take a look at it. We went out several times on Sundays to look around. My wife spied a Rebel Blue C3 wife was interested in the C30 and wanted me to take a look at it. We went out several times on Sundays to look around. My wife spied a Rebel Blue C30 and wanted me to test drive it. Dorothy Cooper was the consultant who took me on my test drive. She was very helpful and we began to email each other regarding this car, the best price and my trade in. I went back to take another look and mentioned that the ground effects on this car might be a problem with the curb leading to me driveway.Dorothy suggested that I take it to my home and see if it would work saying that she didn`t want me to be worried about this. I did and it all worked so we talked about price and my trade in. I bought the car that day. When i picked it up she sat with me in the car and helped program the various computer functions for me. She was great! She also said that I could come back anytime if i had questions or needed more help. I had a very good experience and look forward to working with the service department. Malcolm More
