My family and I recently purchased a vehicle at Volvo of Mobile. The showroom is as energy efficient as it is aesthetically pleasing, and the technology features boasted inside the dealership were all a bre Mobile. My salesperson Chase and the sales manager Vicki were extremely professional and helpful; they both went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed entirely. I can’t thank them enough for making this experience as pleasant as possible. There wasn’t one person in the entire facility that didn’t ask if there was anything they could do or provide to make our experience more pleasurable, from drinks and snacks to asking if my daughter wanted to okay with a customer puppy in the “doggie lounge”. My daughter wants to go back and visit them again, soon. She truly enjoyed the “doggie lounge” available to Volvo’s shoppers or Volvo owners who came in for a minor service. How genius!! Volvo of Mobile is certainly the little hidden gem of the Port City. I will be returning for my next car purchase. Thank you, all, again!! More

Had my vehicle for 2 days just for an oil change. Made several phone calls. Only got two phone calls back. The second day after work I had to sit for an hour and a half to put two tires on.
