Worked with Hannah Scott to make our deal and she was fantastic. She was able to answer or find an answer to all of our questions about the vehicle. I called for an appointment for a normal oil change, etc but stated that I was having a problem with the car shaking and said the tires, etc needed to be looked at. I arrived and informed my “advisor” of th but stated that I was having a problem with the car shaking and said the tires, etc needed to be looked at. I arrived and informed my “advisor” of the same thing. I waited for approximately 2 hours and was told my car was ready but no one said a thing about the car shaking. I asked and while my advisor went to ask the technician, I noticed they wrote that the car was shaking in the receipt notes but NEVER said a thing to me or even offered to look or fix/schedule repairs. When my advisor returned she said the technician told her, “the tread looks good” and while that may be true, what about the tire balance, alignment, etc. I was told I had to call back to schedule any additional repairs even though it took 3 weeks to get this appointment where they were supposed to look and offer repairs. My car is no longer under warranty but I used to love the service so I continued to come here (45 minutes out my way) instead of the VW closer to me but after this visit and lack of service… I question whether or not they have ever reviewed any of the list they provide. More
Went in for multipoint inspection and tire rotation. When I left I asked for technician to come check the oil stick I. Front of me. On a previous service at dealership they said the topper off and the next day oil level light came on. Technician admitted he did not check oil level but thank goodness it was okay. He only did coolant and windshield wiper fluid. Said every thing was fine. I get home and have an email for approval for a $864 rear brake job needed on a 1-1/2 old vehicle with 12k to replace rotors and brakes. Then someone from dealership cancelled. More
