I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405. 53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business. More

The service department is amazing. The advisors were knowledgeable and friendly. The service manager introduced herself and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced d The advisors were knowledgeable and friendly. The technician even came out to tell the advisor some of their repair findings and things advised me of things I might need to replace in the future. Highly recommended service repair facility!!!!
