No updates on my car. No sense of urgency. Constantly have to remind of things that need to be check . They don't take notes of things that need to get checked. They don't even order the parts they need ahead of time to work on a speedy repair. I have to constantly contact them for updates. I find it embarrassing having to do so. But also necessary because I'm left uninformed of the situation with my car. More
