I wish the certified Volvo had everything before I took it home. It was listed that it did. The service department was very helpful, but it was still a day that I (my husband) missed from work. Also, the phone and memory wasn’t wiped from the car, so I had others’ phone numbers and memory. That is fixed now. More

Everyone at this dealership is very professional and friendly from the receptionist, to the sales person and also finance. There are no high pressure sales tactics. This has been one of the better buyin friendly from the receptionist, to the sales person and also finance. There are no high pressure sales tactics. Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and took his time to walk us thru several of the features.
