Regarding the dealership; I was so impressed by the fact that a damaged drink holder was replaced immediately after our discovery… Dan took charge and got us taken care of ASAP. I did not have to return to have it replaced. Regarding Greg Trask; worth mentioning was his assistance working with us when the bank’s reluctance to increase our maximum daily withdrawal limit (for a down payment) became an issue,… He allowed us to take care of the issue the following business day, and allowed us to drive the car off of the lot regardless of the present issue with JP Morgan Chase. Very unhappy after purchase of pre-owned vehicle from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia/Jim Ellis. I was shown the multi-point inspection sheet that stated everything passed their inspection particularly “shock Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia/Jim Ellis. I was shown the multi-point inspection sheet that stated everything passed their inspection particularly “shocks/struts” free of leaks or damage. Before purchasing I requested the vehicle to be checked again for any suspension issues particularly leaks from shocks/struts. I was told that the inspection was done again with no leaks from shocks/struts. Two days after purchase I found that the front struts were in fact leaking causing a slight bump and squeak from the left front. Also found that one of the lug nuts had fallen off of the right front wheel (really makes you wonder about the inspection). I returned to the dealership for them to look into the problem. After two days I was informed that now they claim it is only seeping strut oil, not leaking and that it is normal wear with no repair or replacement needed. Seems that should have been noted in the inspection. They refused to repair/replace the struts. I proposed that I will buy the parts and repair it myself if they would reimburse me for my cost ($900), they refused. Beware of their multi point pre purchase inspection and after sale assistance with issues. More

This was by far the BEST car buying experience of my life!! I do not like sitting in a dealership for hours, I worked with Johnny, mostly over text which was my request and this only took 1 hour to com life!! Once I got to the dealership, Johnny was waiting with documents prepared and once I signed I went straight to sign official paperwork. I was in and out in 25 mins. Johnny also sat with me and helped set up the car to my liking and introduced me to the newest features. Could not recommend Johnny Morgan enough! Volvo at the Mall of Ga will be my go to from now on! More
