Helped to fix an issue that Northpoint Volvo ignored! I have a 2016 XC90 and was hearing a clicking-creaking noise when making turns. I went to Northpoint Volvo (current dealer at the time) several times I have a 2016 XC90 and was hearing a clicking-creaking noise when making turns. I went to Northpoint Volvo (current dealer at the time) several times to correct this and they made me feel like I was an idiot and told me it was just the brakes and I had to live with it. Not what I would expect to hear from a service provider for a $55k+ car still under factory warranty!! One day I was looking at the new XC60 at Jim Ellis Volvo in Buford. When I mentioned this same issue to the awesome Salesman I was working with (Louis Dymant), he immediately introduced me to Corey Wright in their Service department and asked him to help me. After an extensive and through review of my vehicle, they finally discovered the issue and made the necessary repairs (ALL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!!!). Now my XC90 sounds smooth and quiet around turns, as I would expect it be! Corey and the amazing Volvo technicians at Jim Ellis Volvo Buford made me like family the entire time! So glad to have fond a new home to take care of my beautiful XC90 (what an amazing vehicle!)! Finally found a car dealer I can trust!! More

Great service and an even better buying experience I was looking for a used SUV and one at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia caught my eye. Upon arrival I was greeted by their receptionist and Richard Nourie showed me the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle had already been moved up front in preparation for my appointment and was super clean/waxed. My sales experience with Richard was excellent. I test drove the vehicle and he chose a route that included a bit of highway driving and street traffic to get a true feel for the ride. The vehicle I was interested in was a used vehicle that was not a Volvo, but he was still knowledgeable about many features of the car and did a little homework to answer all of my questions about the features. Ultimately, I purchased the vehicle Richard showed me and found all of the paperwork/financing to be equal in service to my sales experience. Tim Dalton, Shelton Story and Billy Kirk were all very helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the customer service and care I received at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Although I was not purchasing a high dollar vehicle, I still felt I was treated the same as customers looking at brand new Volvos. I would absolutely visit them again for my next vehicle purchase. Easiest experience ever! I had been searching for a used vehicle for my daughter for 2 months. I found a great car at this dealership. Rex Graham answered my questions by email before I travelled 55 miles to see the car. The car was not a Volvo but was immaculately detailed. No pressure sales tactics. After dealing with so many dealers trying to find a decent car, this was a breath of fresh air and my best experience ever. They accepted my offer by text the next day and deal was done. When I picked up the car it was spotless and detailed perfectly. Would buy every car in the future here and would drive 1 ½ hours to do so. Ask for Rex-he was awesome! More

This car is as loaded as any very high end vehicle and drives like one. I recommend Louis and will come back when ready for another VOLVO.
