Both were very courteous and extremely professional and I appreciated direct and to the point answers to my questions, no dog and pony show here!! While certainly not rollover artists, they were very fair and transparent throughout the entire purchase. And then, with the purchase done, Louis took me thru the setup and options of the very extensive and amazing electronic package on the XC90. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed to conclude the process and not only that, I or my wife, was encouraged to call or come by with any questions-- that in itself is appreciated in this "next" world of today. Yes, I am very pleased with the vehicle I chose and extremely pleased with the dealership team I chose to do business with. Anyone can sell a car but it takes a great team to build a relationship! In any case, after speaking with my salesman, Louis Dymant, by phone, we realized right away this was the right fit for us and that the distance from our home was a non-factor. Louis was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the Volvo and assisted me with everything from the purchasing process, to negotiations to the final delivery. Also, a quick shout out to Tim Dalton, the General Manager at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Tim was great at overseeing and coordinating the backend for the entire sales and delivery process.
