Every time we came in we were greeted and the staff was so helpful. Jim was very patient and knowledgeable about the XC90. I even text him a few times on his personal cell phone and he responded right away. Jim was not there when we went back to buy the car and Justin helped us with the closing process. Richard & Ken made our process super smooth which we appreciated due to our time constraint. The entire experience was really nice. We never got the feeling that we were working with "one" salesman. We were deciding between a Range Rover & The Volvo and we picked the Volvo XC90 for the simple yet luxury attributes of the suv. We Highly recommend Jim Ellis Volvo, not sure if you can get better service at another dealership. More
