I have to admit, I was wrong and he was right. Justin Jacovywas very helpful and patient with me. Through all my uncertainly, he was present without being pushy. I will not go into details, but I have been in need of additonal assistance even after the sale and Justin along with the sales managaer, Richard, have been NOTHING short of amazing. Great customer service! I was in the market to buy a used but certified pre owned Volvo. Looking a multiple reviews, I decided to give Jim Ellis Volvo a try. I first inquired I was in the market to buy a used but certified pre owned Volvo. Looking a multiple reviews, I decided to give Jim Ellis Volvo a try. I first inquired about a a particular maiden via phone and Zach answered my questions in a timely manner and invited me by for a test drive. When I arrived, I immediately saw the car in mint condition waiting to be test driven. Very impressed that I didn’t have to wait for it to be found and then pulled around to the front! Due to indecisiveness, I didn’t buy the car that day but when I returned the following week, Zach was there to help with any other questions that I had to help me decide on what car was the best for me. I would also like to add how spotless and and beautiful they keep the premises. I love the fact that there was Starbucks coffee and snacks offered for customers! More

We agreed on terms by email and reviewed the paperwork before arriving at the dealership to test drive. The car was just as Justin described so we purchased the car and Justin picked us up and drove us back to dealer after returning our rental car and completed final paperwork. Simple process and without delay on their part. Ken Wang was very helpful in expediting things on the paperwork end.
