I was just about ripped off, and Marcus knew about it. They tried to charge me for a $50 tire rotation that never took place. I spent 3 hours in that place for an oil change & filter with a tire rotation They tried to charge me for a $50 tire rotation that never took place. I spent 3 hours in that place for an oil change & filter with a tire rotation (which never took place). I did get me $50 refunded to me but after I called them out on it. I'll never go back . . . just a bunch of xxxxxxxx. More

Regarding David Windholz; I can’t say enough about our experience working with David in purchasing this Volvo. In this world now of high-tech car purchasing online, there still exists those special few t experience working with David in purchasing this Volvo. In this world now of high-tech car purchasing online, there still exists those special few that make sales/customer personal contact remain valuable - David is one of those few… I would buy a car from him anytime. It was a great experience! We love the car! Regarding the dealership; I was so impressed by the fact that a damaged drink holder was replaced immediately after our discovery… Dan took charge and got us taken care of ASAP. I did not have to return to have it replaced. Regarding Greg Trask; worth mentioning was his assistance working with us when the bank’s reluctance to increase our maximum daily withdrawal limit (for a down payment) became an issue,… He allowed us to take care of the issue the following business day, and allowed us to drive the car off of the lot regardless of the present issue with JP Morgan Chase. Picked up my vehicle from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia service department and it was completely covered in red dust. It was obvious that they parked it by the construction site next door. My vehicle was s service department and it was completely covered in red dust. It was obvious that they parked it by the construction site next door. My vehicle was spotless when dropped off but horrible looking when I picked it up. Due to terrible customer service throughout my experience I didn’t even bother questioning them about the dust all over my vehicle, I just left and washed it myself. More
