He and his sales manager put together a very competitive offer on this SUV and I'm confident I purchased an exceptionally safe luxury SUV at a great price. We are big music fans he starts off with a audio experience!! Then he drove first to show us what the XC90 Rdesign could do! My wife turned around and I knew we were buying this car. I tend to ask a lot of questions, he was able to answer most, and those he could not, he found the answers. At no point did he try to up sell me, or move me in another direction. Superb customer support! I found the vehicle that I wanted on their website. I emailed about it and received a response right away stating that the vehicle was available. Man I found the vehicle that I wanted on their website. I emailed about it and received a response right away stating that the vehicle was available. Many times, car dealerships post vehicles just to get you to stop by only to find out that the car is no longer available. We talked to the GM and the salesperson who were both very honest and knowledgeable about the car buying process. They gave us what we asked for in terms of a few additonal items that we wanted included with the car upon purchase. Trevor made sure our wants were met in regards to the vehicle. The process probably only took about 45 minutes. Trevor was awesome and I would consider purchasing here again in the future. More
