Purchased Certified PreOwned Car Justin Barnes helped me with a purchase of a preowned S60 Volvo. I told him I wanted to come in to drive the car, and he had it pulled around front, clean, and ready to purchase. I had looked at cars at two other Atlanta Volvo dealers earlier in the week and neither car was especially clean. Though both were also certified cars, one had major scrapes on the bumper.
