Purchased certified pre-owned XC60 I'd been watching prices on (2) XC60's at this dealership along with another dealership for a while. I finally decided to visit the dealership and test drive one to make sure it met my expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Trevor James. Unlike most dealerships, Trevor wasn't pushy at all actually quite the opposite..Cool and laid back which meshed well with my husband and I. Trevor did an excellent job explaining all the features of the car which made me really appreciate all the safety options Volvo has to offer. We were able to come to an agreement on the car price in a very short time, without me getting "hangry". In the past, the car buying experience has always been so long and drawn out and I greatly appreciate Volvo of Mall of Georgia being considerate of our time. It is very apparent to me that Trevor and the Volvo team love what they do and place a high emphasis on customer satisfaction. We had a trade-in, but we didn't drive it to the dealership. Trevor followed us home and brought our trade in back to the dealer. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. Though our new car was cleaned on site, we saw Trevor putting the magnifying glass inspection on it to ensure our car was truly ready for delivery to its new home. We've always been a part of the Lexus/Toyota family, but now we're proud Volvo lovers. Thanks Trevor and Mall of Georgia Volvo for our 1st Volvo car experience. See you shortly for our maintenance.
