Being from out of state and wanting to participate in Volvo's Oversea I found VCMoG through a Google search and Justin Jacoby called me back quickly. Being from out of state and wanting to participate in Volvo's Overseas Delivery Program, I had many questions about the program and the dealership. I flooded Justin with questions, many questions. I had questions about the OSD program, the dealership, the car, the financing, etc. You name it and I asked about it. I knew there was no way possible that Justin would know all the answers. Justin gave me honest answers about what he knew and then researched the other topics, mostly about the OSD program. I ended up speaking to Rex and Tim several times before I was willing to make the drive to Georgia and discuss the car. Justin was excellent on the test drive. Never trying to BS me on questions he didn't know. He would always tell me I would ask someone and get back to me. I very much appreciate honesty. My biggest fear with the OSD program was dealing with my trade in car. My concern was that the dealership would low-ball me after putting the deposit down on the car and then I would be stuck. Over and over, Justin told me that I could trust the dealership. I was cautious, as I had never worked with VCMoG. Two months after we put down our OSD deposit, we finally had a VIN and we were ready to trade in our car. Yesterday we traveled to Georgia and met Denton, the sales manager. He took the keys of my trade-in, and within 10 minutes, had an offer on my trade. This was the part I was most worried about. The offer was great. No questions, and no back and forth. Done! Now, we had to work on financing. This is when we met Ken. We looked at several financing options, which would give us the best interest rate and terms for our financing. After a few minutes, we were ready to sign the papers. I can’t say enough about this dealership. Very comfortable and everyone we interacted with were completely professional and courteous. I drove past several Volvo dealerships to work with VCMoG, including the Volvo dealership in my hometown. I don’t regret my decision. I highly recommend Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. More

I had test-driven multiple but when I got to Volvo to view the car I'd seen on their site, I knew I was in good hands before getting behind the wheel. I trusted that I wasn't leaving the lot with a lemon. Even though the car I purchased wasn't one of their own, they had assured it was in great shape before I left the lot with it. Everyone being friendly, relaxed, zero pressure or hovering around you like vultures like is the case at most all dealerships you visit. A place you actually WANT to come back to again and again...well, that's exactly what the staff at Volvo Mall of Georgia offers. A truly incredible new car buying experience. Every single person on the staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with honestly made me feel like I was their only customer and the sole focus of their attention. In a good way. And it all starts from the top down with the general manager Mr. Dalton. Most auto GMs that I've had the displeasure of encountering have a stick up their backside and look down on customers as if they are nuisances. Yet Mr. Dalton worked as hard as any of his employees on this deal, communicating with me like I've bought 10 vehicles from him, just a true pleasure to interact with at every step of the way. He runs a truly great business here, and has an amazing team around him...Justin in sales, Ken in finance, and sales manager Richard. Every one of these guys made interacting with them a pleasure, and something that you actually wanted to do. There's NOTHING in this car purchase that I wanted that I didn't get...heck I'm not sure how they made some of it happen honestly. Trade value I wanted on my old vehicle...check. Options I wanted on the new XC40...check. Payment I wanted...check. Bank I wanted to use....check. They even went to bat for me with my bank and negotiated the interest rate LOWER for me than my bank initially offered...how's that work?! Heck if I know, but these guys have apparently have some sorcery they can call on if necessary! I started out shopping for certified pre-owned luxury SUVs in this class (XC40), but somehow Volvo Mall of Georgia made a NEW XC40 more affordable and obtainable than a used one! These Volvo wizards have converted me from Cadillac to Swedish luxury and will gladly have me as a customer for as long as they wish to tolerate my demanding self! Best car buying experience I've EVER had hand's down, no question. Couldn't be topped if a dealership threw their best game at me. And the kicker is that this isn't Volvo MoG's "best game"...it's just apparently how they do business every day. My only regret is that I can't buy a vehicle from them more often! More
