I live in Arizona, and after being nickel-and-dimed at my local Volvo dealership, working with Dalin at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia was a breathe of fresh air. After finding the car I wanted in their online inventory, I called and spoke to Dalin, and asked him simply to send me an offer via email. I had done something similar to several other dealerships across the US, but received disappointing offers, so needless to say my hopes were low. I received an offer the same night, which actually beat the offer that I had spent three days negotiating down to at my local dealer and basically the same car/options. The best part? They had included shipping in the deal, I didn’t even have to ask! I accepted the offer that night, and literally 8 days later, my brand new Volvo was delivered to my front door. I’m still in awe at how painless the process was. No hidden fees, straight forward pricing, fast shipping. I’ve ordered socks from Amazon that took longer to get. More

He was very up front with me as we negotiated and provided me with all the information I asked for. I then called/emailed 6 more Volvo dealers in 3 different states and none of them could match much less beat the deal I had worked out with Justin. I’ve leased several cars before and I can honestly say dealing with MOG/Justin was head and shoulders above what I have experienced in the past. 90% of the deal was worked out by text message. All my questions were answered quickly and honestly. When I showed up at the dealership with my wife and rambunctious 4 year old triplets there were plenty of refreshments for everyone to munch on while I signed all the papers and they even gave my kids some cute little toys to take home with them. Papers were signed in a flash and I was given a shorter than normal introduction to the car (by my request) that was very informative and touched on everything we needed to know about the car. I was invited to come back anytime for the full lesson and the young man (Noah) who was providing the lesson gave me his personal mobile number and invited me to call anytime with questions.
