In all seriousness, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve had to date. I live in Arizona, and after being nickel-and-dimed at my local Volvo dealership, working with Dalin at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia was a breathe of fresh air. After finding the car I wanted in their online inventory, I called and spoke to Dalin, and asked him simply to send me an offer via email. I had done something similar to several other dealerships across the US, but received disappointing offers, so needless to say my hopes were low. I received an offer the same night, which actually beat the offer that I had spent three days negotiating down to at my local dealer and basically the same car/options. The best part? They had included shipping in the deal, I didn’t even have to ask! I accepted the offer that night, and literally 8 days later, my brand new Volvo was delivered to my front door. I’m still in awe at how painless the process was. No hidden fees, straight forward pricing, fast shipping. I’ve ordered socks from Amazon that took longer to get. More
