It was helpful to know what made the prices different for each vehicles as well so we could decide which were the most important for us. The staff was friendly and did not feel pressured to buy a car the first day we came. It took 2 weeks before we were able to get our financing together and after all was done we came back and bought the XC90 that we wanted. Jim Ellis of Mall of Georgia's prices were below everywhere else and the Volvo certified 170 point inspection was a must for us. After purchasing the vehicle Zach spent a long time in the car to show us all the features and how to optimize the New ride! He went above and beyond on customer service by coming in the next day (on his day off) to finish the All State treatment package we purchased and did not have time when we bought it! We appreciated the pleasant experience purchasing a car. More

When my air conditioning seemed inadequate, I was able to get an appointment right away to check it out. The Service Manager is the best ( I think I spoke with him on the phone)! The service advisor was equally wonderful to work with, and I love the fact they washed the car as well. It's good that I took it in because it happened to have a slow leak that needed repair to avoid a bigger problem down the road (no pun intended.) Since I was there a few hours, I really appreciated the nice complimentary coffee and snack bar. Thanks to a fantastic team for a job well done! More

We were already sold on Volvo as a brand, but now we have experienced the safety it is legendary for. We had such a great experience with Volvo Mall of GA the first time around, it was a no brainer to go back and buy our next XC90 from them. We truly appreciate their care and compassion for our situation and they took great care of us. David Windholz was out salesman for both purchases and he really treats us well.
