This was by far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! I found what I wanted online, we went to see and drive it, and it was the perfect fit for our growing family! Super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, buy not pushy which we greatly appreciated and was a breath of fresh air from other dealerships we had been to. Ken in the finance department was great also! He explained everything and showed us all our options and helped us make the right decision when it came down to purchasing the car. They also washed and detailed it while we were signing our papers. Once we decided to purchase, the process took less than an hour. After we were done, Zach took the time to explain and go over all the new tech features and made sure we understood it all. I would definitely recommend Volvo Mall of Georgia! More

The sales and negotiation was fine... no negotiation on purchase but they did on the trade in. I asked to finance through Volvo. Instead they set me up with PNC bank on a higher interest rate. I asked why and what’s bout Volvo? (Always get a preferred rate from the car companies). They said the Volvo computer system was down. I said fine, we will finance through my bank. All of a sudden the dealer manager approved financing through Volvo and a low interest rate. This may have been true maybe not. It took them 2 weeks to cash my check and I asked them to process the paperwork quickly. I had to call. I still don’t have my taxes/tags transfer complete. Oh and thanks to them running credit with PNC, the dealership and Volvo, my credit score just dropped a few points and I am getting solicitation from PNC bank. I have bought a car every two years since the 1990s .. it shouldn’t take 5 hours. More
