I started my search before Thanksgiving by contacting Richard Ramey about a Volvo S60 T8 PHEV and a CPO S90 PHEV. I decided on the S60. Thanks to Richard's patience and perseverance, I came in to purch Richard Ramey about a Volvo S60 T8 PHEV and a CPO S90 PHEV. I decided on the S60. Thanks to Richard's patience and perseverance, I came in to purchase on the Saturday before Christmas. We weren't able to do a deal that day, but Richard stayed in touch and worked with management until December 28th - WHEN he presented me a deal I was extremely happy with. I went in, signed the papers while they prepped the car and I was out. I think I got there at 10am and drove out in my new Volvo at 1pm . I was very pleased with the whole experience at the dealership, from finding a great salesman in Richard Ramey, to the finance department and the whole dealership - it made the car buying process painless and almost fun.
