The entire team was great. I really appreciated Tim working with me to come to an agreement via text, virtually, and then Keith driving the car down to me amidst a pandemic in order to limit exposure t working with me to come to an agreement via text, virtually, and then Keith driving the car down to me amidst a pandemic in order to limit exposure to multiple people at the dealership. Keith taught me all the aspects of the car, in detail, and seemed enthusiastic about it (a very different experience from my test drive at a different Volvo dealership). Keith actually had to drive back to get the paperwork after an initial test drive of the car, and Came back with all of the package for my signatures and finalization of the sale. They offered a fair trade in for my car, as well. Zach was charged with finance and was pretty responsive as well. So far, I’m exceedingly surprised and pleased with the service I’ve received in purchasing a car from this dealership. More
