Second Time is a CHARM! My first contact and in-person appointment with this dealership was unfortunately disappointing to say the least. If it was not for Denton Gupton; I would still be a Volvo owner (having been one for over 20 years); I would just not be owning a new Volvo purchased from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. That being said, and because I believe in shopping local; I put the memory of the first appointment aside and dealt specifically with Denton (whose primary function is not new car sales) and Tim Dalton. Both went above and beyond ~ ~ my expectations were exceeded! My new salesperson was Richard Nourie and I truly cannot say enough about how amazing he is! There was absolutely no pressure and there really is nothing Richard didn't know about my new S90 T8. If you are considering a purchase, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Richard Nourie. Because of COVID19 most things were done remotely. Denton, Tim, and Richard were extremely responsive by email. My vehicle was prepped and ready on pick-up day (shining out front!) Meeting with Ken Wang to sign everything was a breeze. Ken had everything prepared and, again, no pressure. Everyone maintained proper social distancing and the dealership was extremely clean looking and smelling. Best Car-Buying Experience I purchased my first Volvo this past weekend from the good folks at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, and the shopping experience was wonderful - safe, welc I purchased my first Volvo this past weekend from the good folks at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, and the shopping experience was wonderful - safe, welcoming environment; friendly, low-pressure sales team; best inventory of pre-owned S90's; and a terrific price, My first contact with Sara by text, almost a month ago, was cordial, friendly, and very low-pressure; at that time, I was considering other vehicles. Once I focused on an S90, Sara was friendly, patient, and responsive; I'm pretty sure she got tired of my constant questions, but if she did, she never showed it! During my search for the perfect S90, I brought in a pre-owned 2018 S90 from another dealer for an inspection. Michael in the service department thoroughly answered my questions, and while I was waiting on the inspection, I had the chance to meet Tim, Sara, and Keith. This is where Volvo Mall of Georgia really began to shine. At my request, Sara and Keith showed me a couple of different 2017 S90s, and it became clear that their inventory is the best around, both in terms of quantity and, more importantly, quality. When I test drove a 2017, it was obvious that Keith really knows these vehicles and answered every question I had. I was really stuck on a 2018 model, however, so we agreed to keep in touch. I returned the car that I brought in for an inspection to the other dealer and never looked back. A few days later, I decided on a 2108 S90, and Tim, Sara, and Keith made it happen quickly and efficiently. When I picked up the car the next day, Keith spent more than an hour with me going over the features of the car. Bottom line - if you want a pleasurable, low-pressure, no-nonsense car-buying experience, from folks who are gracious, knowledgeable, and efficient, you really need look no further than Keith, Sara, and Tim.
