Excellent experience! I had shopped around and done my homework on upgrading my 2019 Volvo XC 60 T5 Inscription to a a 2020 XC60 inscription T6 AWD. I had been to several dealerships and had some “decent” deals I went to Volvo Mall of Georgia and did not make appointment, they had the car I wanted with the equipment I wanted. Dalin Zeng was my salesperson and was very patient and pleasant to deal with. I was very clear on the deal that I wanted and was not going to budge. Working with Dalin and the GM was such a pleasant and efficient experience! I arrived at about 1:30 and drove out with my exact car that I wanted with the deal I wanted at 4:30 start to finish. This was my first experience Driving outside the perimeter of Atlanta to even look. I am so pleased that I did! It was quick, efficient and pleasant.
