This is my updated review. While initial sale experience was smooth with Freddy, and initial review given was 5 starts, the service I got on Saturday is simply unacceptable an While initial sale experience was smooth with Freddy, and initial review given was 5 starts, the service I got on Saturday is simply unacceptable and shows gross disrespect to customer. Drove 50 min for an appointment set in advance with salesperson and service staff, with prior written communication that i would have 3 hrs at dealership to leave by 12pm, offering to be there as early as 9am. I was assured by both sales person and service that software car updates (only!) will be done within assigned time frame and appointment made by dealership was shifted to 10am assuring it is enough time. Not only the service was not done by 12:20 but i was left without navigation as I had to leave. Poor attitude towards customer, not to mention no appreciation for the very expensive purchase. Very disappointed. More

This past week we have had in your dealership. We came to Volvo of Lisle about 3 months ago for a loss of oil. We got the run around for too long. This past week we have had enough. We were told they filled the oil, 3 quarts, and to watch it? I exploded! What bunch of xxxxxxxxx I did not just parachute in! You guys don’t want to fix the problem because it is going to cost you some money. We also paid for a certificate of exfra Coverage. Then you billed us $140.00 & change!!!!! What nerve you have! Completely unbelievable!! More
We are on vacation here in downtown Chicago and had our keyfob stolen. Both Tim (parts) and Haylea (service) assisted with the most profound customer service. Volvo of Lisle can't update their website for their new hours. Their website continues to accept appointments and send out appointment confirmations for service outside of their business hours. I fully support them limiting the hours they are open. But the service tool needs to reflect their hours. I drove 62 miles yesterday for an appointment that was after they were closed. When I spoke to them today, they are not able to update their website and told me that I need to know what hours they are open before I schedule service. So, it is my fault the available appointment list shows hours outside of their normal working hours. No more Volvo's from Volvo of Lisle. Go somewhere else! They spent millions of dollars building a new dealership, but they can't figure out how to update a website. Ridiculous. More

Terrible service I brought my vehicle in for a broken seat. Initially, I was very impressed with the service. They were unable to repair my car the day of my appoint I brought my vehicle in for a broken seat. Initially, I was very impressed with the service. They were unable to repair my car the day of my appointment but gave me a loaner to use until mine was completed. The problem began when I noticed a very large bolt in my car after I picked it up. I also noticed my rear wiper blade was missing - it was there when I brought my car in for repairs. I called the dealership three times and left messages regarding the bolt and wiper blade. I did get one return call from a gentleman in the service department who assured me Rachel (my service adviser) would call me back. She did not. My husband went into the dealership and spoke with Rachel. She was very rude to him, told him she would call me to discuss the issue after she finished eating her lunch. No call back . I finally called and spoke with Tommy Korallus (manager) and explained the situation to him. Magically, Rachel called me back and was extremely rude and quite sarcastic with me. My lease is up on this vehicle soon and I will not be getting another Volvo. If this is how they treat their customers, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm pretty sure BMW or Mercedes will be happy to have my business. More
