This dealer is by far the best Volvo dealer I have ever been to. I would not go anywhere else. Took car in because 'Check Engine' light came on. I was told told after sitting in waiting area for 3 hours that pads on brakes needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate and made it a point to let me know that they usually estimate low. Well they estimated about $500 low. Two days later the 'Check Engine' light came on again. I had to drive it back to Lisle, IL which is about an hour from my home. They told me that they would have to remove the gas tank to see what the problem was and that alone would take 4 mechanics. I got in my car and left. i took it to a mechanic that I had used before I purchased the volvo. He laughed and told me that 1, maybe 2 mechanics could remove a gas tank. I called lisle Volvo many, many times to voice my complaints and they pretty much kept telling me that I needed to bring the car in for them to understand what the problem was. I will NEVER go to them again for anything and tell anyone who asks about my experience. More
