Dealing with the devil Do NOT buy from these people. I was in the process of purchasing a specific car (a C30)...one that I couldn't find anywhere BUT here. Next thing I kno Do NOT buy from these people. I was in the process of purchasing a specific car (a C30)...one that I couldn't find anywhere BUT here. Next thing I know, the vehicle is off their website and when I call to follow-up not he process they inform me that the vehicle has sold. He then had the nerve to ask if I was interested in another car on their lot. The C30 that I was interested in is a RARE car. I live in Orlando, FL and had to deal with the dealership over the phone during the buying process. This C30 was replacing my other car that was just totaled out. Why would I try to buy a car from a dealership in IL if I could go to any Volvo dealership and find any Volvo? They "denied" that the car was sold from underneath me (if you will believe that). Worst customer service...they only car about making a sale and not the customer More
