Dealing with the devil Do NOT buy from these people. I was in the process of purchasing a specific car (a C30)...one that I couldn't find anywhere BUT here. Next thing I know, the vehicle is off their website and when I call to follow-up not he process they inform me that the vehicle has sold. He then had the nerve to ask if I was interested in another car on their lot. The C30 that I was interested in is a RARE car. I live in Orlando, FL and had to deal with the dealership over the phone during the buying process. This C30 was replacing my other car that was just totaled out. Why would I try to buy a car from a dealership in IL if I could go to any Volvo dealership and find any Volvo? They "denied" that the car was sold from underneath me (if you will believe that). I traveled to Lisle, Illinois to inspect the vehicle. I was met by Lolita Cook who took care of my inspection, the test drive, and answering any further questions I had. The car was exactly as advertised and most of the questions had been covered during the e-mails. While waiting for the purchase paperwork to be completed, Lolita took the time to help me program my new car and get everything set for my 3 hour trip home. The trip home was uneventful, the car ran as good as I expected for a Volvo, and I am extremely happy with the vehicle and my car buying experience. More
