Wonderful sales experience I recently purchased a car at Volvo of Lisle and had the pleasure of working with John Taylor. John was very friendly but also relaxed in his approach and did not pressure me at all. When I had a question about the car, he brought over a mechanic and we all went over some items together until I felt comfortable. When I went to pick up the car a few days later, it had been thoroughly detailed and was in better condition than when I test drove it. I got a great price and was extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. When I needed a revised purchase agreement for my bank, they responded and sent the new document right away. Straightforward and transparent pricing and great service on top of that. I will definitely start here the next time I'm shopping for a car. More

Second time around This is now my second time around with this staff. First time was for a 2012 used S60 and the staff was awesome. With this time around I got a new 201 This is now my second time around with this staff. First time was for a 2012 used S60 and the staff was awesome. With this time around I got a new 2018 XC60 and Lolita walk me around the vechike to ensure I knew all the starter features and where they are located as well. Lolita then sat me inside the vechile and walked me through all features and settings in the new Senus center control screen. I did tell her I had an issue with connecting the vehicles internet through my phone and didn’t stop until we figured out a suitable solution. I would highly recommend them to friends and family! Several other members of my family also bought cars from them and they had just as great experiences! Also if you need service done it’s as simple as schedule online, drop off and stay in those amazing waiting room or take a loaner until yours is done. More

Great car buying experience thanks to Liam! Historically I have not had great car buying experiences, so I was dreading going in a buying a car. After 3 months of doing research, I decided I wan Historically I have not had great car buying experiences, so I was dreading going in a buying a car. After 3 months of doing research, I decided I wanted to buy a Volvo. I drove 4 different Volvos in the span of about a month before making up my mind. Liam was very patient, answered all my questions/emails, and never rushed my decision. I ended up driving the V60 twice before purchasing it, and went home a very happy customer. The day after purchasing my V60, I noticed there was an issue with one of the tires that made it very likely that it would go flat. I immediately contacted Liam, and he told me to bring it in. I thought that my positive buying experience was too good to be true, and here I was about to go again with another poor car buying experience. To my surprise, they looked at the tire, admitted that it should have been caught in the inspection, and said they would replace it. I ended up having them replace both of my front tires, and paid the difference. They even bought me breakfast for the inconvenience! Thank you Liam for making my car buying experience pleasant and for going above and beyond! Volvo of Lisle is lucky to have you! More
