Promises that go unfulfilled. Same old dealership way. After I walked out the door though, it was a different story. I bought a 2014 Mercedes from them, it did not have a front license plate holder, it's illegal in IL to not have a front license plate. I was told they would order it right away and schedule me in for the service. It's now been 2 and a half months and nothing. I have asked about it but they told me it was on back order. For 2 and a half months? The last communication from Bob Makowka was over a month ago. My car also had tinted windows. Someone put the dealer sticker on the back passenger window which doesn't work with tinted windows because the kid that cleaned the car tried to remove it with a razor blade and tore the tint. Nobody said a thing because it was closing time and I had already signed the paperwork. I told Bob and he said, "No problem, we will take care of it with the license plate holder. We will have you come in and give you a loaner so you can leave the car and have it fixed." Again, 2 and a half months ago. This dealer is the same old dealer of years ago. All they care about is your money. Once you walk out the door, they don't care about you. Except for the messages I keep getting about giving them a good review. Well I held off because I wanted to see if they actually followed through on their promises. They didn't. Now I post my review. I am very disappointed with this dealership and I highly recommend that you go elsewhere. You can buy new with them because service can be done elsewhere but if you buy used, make sure when you walk out the door you don't need anything from them because you won't get it, no matter the promises. 2nd grade buying experience for a premier car I bought a used Volvo CX90 from the Volvo of Lisle at the end of May. This is probably my 5th car buying experience and by far the worst I have dealt I bought a used Volvo CX90 from the Volvo of Lisle at the end of May. This is probably my 5th car buying experience and by far the worst I have dealt with. When i was test driving the car, noticed a scratch on the LCD screen which they assured me was a smudge and they could get their service team to fix once they do a final cleaning before i drove it away. Lo and behold after i paid for it, was told that they tried their best and it was a crack and i should expect those when buying an used car. This came from their Sales manager. Another big item for us was the installation of the DVD player as we were going off on a road trip the next day. I was told that if we paid the overnight charge (which we paid) they could have it installed the next morning but when i went in the next morning was told that they need a couple of days and that they were busy. I told them that we traded in our previous car which had the dvd player and gotten this car for the road trip based on their promise to have it installed the next day (and we paid for the overnight charge). Well, they just said we were SOL. Not to mention that they kept us for 4-5 hours at the dealership to close on this transaction (that didn't even need any financing from their side). The adage about keep the customers long enough to get tired so they will sign anything to get out of there is so true with these guys. Between the false promises of the dvd install and the lying about the screen cracking and their unwillingness to rectify anything (after emailing their leadership about it), these guys aren't worth your time. There is a reason why they price their cars low - it's to cover for their lack of service or professionalism. Do yourself a favor and deal with someone else. More

He was very pleasant and gave me the info about a car that they did not have in this country yet. Then Scott and Lorena were my next contact. Lorena gave me the test drive and we were sold. Once our car came in, she very patiently went through all the car details. She said to come back or call with questions whenever i needed to. I have done that twice already. Scott also went out of his way to make our experience easy. He was always available by phone. Tommy also stayed in touch through the process via email. All in all a very pleasant experience. And I love my new car. More

Audi didn’t compare to Volvo I was looking for a larger car than my Audi A3 that was about up on its lease...I came in uncertain of whether I would be stuck in a very expensive Au I was looking for a larger car than my Audi A3 that was about up on its lease...I came in uncertain of whether I would be stuck in a very expensive Audi upgrade but left pleasantly surprised with a well-appointed S9 at $100/month less than a less featured Audi A4. The process was so smooth I was caught slightly off guard! Dale was a patient and laid back sales person. Very thorough and informative. He encouraged us to consider options we were unaware of and was able to present us with an offer we couldn’t refuse. When we picked up the vehicle he case in to the office early and calmly walked me through the vehicle with a pretty fussy baby in tow.... Scott whipped up deals with lightning speed and at delivery, Ken had the paperwork through in record time. I felt really comfortable with the staff here and hope they’ll have an beautiful “new” dealership that fits them well going forward. I’m lookinh forward to the next interaction! More
