Great experience Dale was great from beginning to end. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle out of state without actually physically seeing the vehicle. Dale showed a lot of patience dealing with my anxiety and nervousness being that this was a used trade in vehicle. He took detailed pictures and videos as requested and described every detail of the vehicle. He took care of all the paperwork via fedex and arranged delivery. Vehicle was delivered to my driveway without a hiccup and everything he describe was to the T. Dale is a trustworthy standup gentleman. Like they say here in Philly.. he looked out for the cookout. Lorena was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicle's features and was able to answer all of my questions. I finalized my purchase price via phone and they had all of the paperwork ready to sign when I showed up for delivery. The car was in great condition as advertised. They even picked me up at the hotel in the morning, saving me a few bucks on a cab. Make sure to ask if lease pricing and purchase pricing is the same. This turned out not to be the case and was not clear on the website. Regardless I was satisfied with the final price. More
