Lorena was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicle's features and was able to answer all of my questions. I finalized my purchase price via phone and they had all of the paperwork ready to sign when I showed up for delivery. The car was in great condition as advertised. They even picked me up at the hotel in the morning, saving me a few bucks on a cab. Make sure to ask if lease pricing and purchase pricing is the same. This turned out not to be the case and was not clear on the website. Regardless I was satisfied with the final price. More

We quickly set up and appointment where I met John Taylor. Working with John was awesome. The sale of my car got complicated because of an error on my trade-in car's Carfax indicating that it was stolen. John was very patient as I worked to get the misinformation corrected. There were a few more complications that at any time John could have passed me off to another sales person. I really appreciated his willingness and patience with this complicated sale. Also, technology isn't my strong point and he was very helpful getting my car set up. A few days ago he emailed and asked whether I'd like to come in for a tech follow up. I'll be there next week. John gives used car salesmen a good name. More

After several emails and calls with Sam in the internet sales dept., it was clear Volvo of Lisle wanted my business and was going to offer great service without any negative selling tactics about other dealers closer to where I live. Not only did they offer me the best price upfront but once I made the 45 minute trip into the dealership, Chris Gough, went above and beyond to ensure we had selected the right car and covered features no one else spent time on which sealed the deal. Chris and Tommy were great to deal with on the sales floor when I arrived at the dealership. Chris was excellent and truly knew the details of the vehicle. Tommy worked with us a bit on the price of the vehicle and saw to it we agreed on a deal. There was truly no pressure to buy, and this was a great experience for buying a vehicle. Jen in the finance office was thorough with the paperwork, yet quick. I would recommend Volvo of Lisle to anyone interested in purchasing one of their vehicles. By the way, I LOVE my 2019 XC90. More
