There was a small setback of when I could come back to pick up my car, due to a recall that was out of their control. Because of my crazy work schedule they made it work so I could pick it up the next day even though it was not convenient for them. Highly recommend! More

John Taylor was wonderful to work with, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were able to work out a deal that worked for both myself and the dealership and made everyone happy, and I was able to get in and out of the dealership with my new car in less than a couple of hours for the entire process, which included a trade-in. I highly recommend going out of your way to go to Volvo of Lisle versus any of the other Volvo dealerships in the area, because the customer service is on point and worth the trip. More

Great experience Dale was great from beginning to end. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle out of state without actually physically seeing the vehicle. Dale showed a lot of patience dealing with my anxiety and nervousness being that this was a used trade in vehicle. He took detailed pictures and videos as requested and described every detail of the vehicle. He took care of all the paperwork via fedex and arranged delivery. Vehicle was delivered to my driveway without a hiccup and everything he describe was to the T. Dale is a trustworthy standup gentleman. Like they say here in Philly.. he looked out for the cookout.
