Had quite a period of wait time to get everything done. Software updates were down so we couldn’t even pick up car until late Monday. Very poor customer service. I have not seen car dealership that does not answer calls from potential customers like this dealer. I tried to lease a new Volvo car. I tested drive the vehicle.and the dealership that does not answer calls from potential customers like this dealer. I tried to lease a new Volvo car.
