When we visited the dealership for a second appointment, we were connected with Sam, who was wonderful in providing vehicles to test drive and ultimately lead us to exactly what we were looking for. When we returned to purchase our new vehicle, Hajira was thorough in explaining the paperwork and made sure everything was lining up perfectly. Above all, Hajira's communication was exactly what every customer is looking for from a dealership. She is prompt, provides follow-up, and checks in on us. I have learned to not have high expectations for car dealers, so this was mostly a pleasant surprise. Prompt communication, and no outright lying, which was nice. The one thing that bugged me was that I had no choice but to pay $1500 or so for paint and fabric protection I didn’t want. It seems like a sneaky way to say you’re not charging above MSRP in this crazy market but in actual fact are doing just that. More
