Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a handful of questions, and he was able to answer all of them. Chris made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our time with him. We liked the car a lot and Hajira was helpful in showing us options. I help the actual sales process had a lot of tactics that people associate with used car salesmen. We caught errors in the paperwork bo us options. I help the actual sales process had a lot of tactics that people associate with used car salesmen. We caught errors in the paperwork both on the agreed upon cost and our trade in that changed the total cost by nearly $1000 that we were told "was just an input error". We also asked a question on the why the financing rate was high and within 2 minutes it was updated to be 75 basis points lower. It didn't feel at any point like we were valued as a customer. More
