Car was advertised under cars.com. Came in was greeted by Tommy. Asked to see the car and Tommy promptly went to get the keys. No waiting games! That was wonderful! Had a very good experience purchasing a 2012 model from Lisle Volvo. We initially applied for an "Internet quote" through a third party website. This dealership responded quickly with some initial quotes and was diligent in getting back to me with answers. Once we worked out a specific vehicle configuration, they had the most attractive offer when compared with other dealerships in the Chicago area. We drove over to their location on a Saturday and met John Taylor, who was very friendly. He showed us several color and option variants from the lot and we made our pick. The price was handled in a straightforward manner, without any last minute increases or "omissions" vs. the initial offer. We also traded in our previous vehicle and got a very reasonable offer, that we were able to accept. The only downside is that it took a bit long to get all the paperwork together once we agreed on the terms. Once it was all done, John took the time to go over the vehicle with us one more time and helped us get some of the settings right. Long story short, we drove off with a new car the same day and have been very satisfied with the overall experience. Strongly recommended, especially if you use the "Internet quote" approach. More

I had never dealt with this dealership and was new to the Volvo product. From my first call to Volvo of Lisle I was impressed. A few weeks later my S70 would not start and I was in a store parking lot. They offered to come bring my car in for service and drive me home. I must explain I am not close to the dealership it is at te very least 30 minutes to get there in sparse traffic! The service given by the Lisle Volvo dealership is something I have never experienced at any other dealership. Since that special encounter I have been a loyal customer and refer every person I know looking for a new automobile or great service to them. It is also the only dealership where the service was department associates are happy and it flows to the customer. What a lucky find with the acquisition of my first Volvo and Volvo of Lisle!
