I had never dealt with this dealership and was new to the Volvo product. From my first call to Volvo of Lisle I was impressed. I took an S70, which I bought from my brother, in for an oil change and an overa Volvo product. From my first call to Volvo of Lisle I was impressed. A few weeks later my S70 would not start and I was in a store parking lot. They offered to come bring my car in for service and drive me home. I must explain I am not close to the dealership it is at te very least 30 minutes to get there in sparse traffic! The service given by the Lisle Volvo dealership is something I have never experienced at any other dealership. Since that special encounter I have been a loyal customer and refer every person I know looking for a new automobile or great service to them. It is also the only dealership where the service was department associates are happy and it flows to the customer. What a lucky find with the acquisition of my first Volvo and Volvo of Lisle!
