I went to this dealer because I got a $18 dollar oil change coupon in the mail. It was the first and last time I will ever take my car to Volvo of Lise for service. During the service the tech broke t change coupon in the mail. It was the first and last time I will ever take my car to Volvo of Lise for service. During the service the tech broke the wires for my satellite radio making it unusable until a $15 dollar new part was ordered. I turned around and immediately showed them the damage. They said that I would have to purchase the part and then they would reimburse me for the cost. When I called them and let them know the price they said that they were unable to reimburse me for the purchase of the part, but they could give me a service credit, which I will not use because I will not be taking my car back to Volvo of Lisle again. Our salesman Bob was very knowledgable and super pleasant to deal with. A pleasure to deal with! He also told us how to look at the Volvo web site to see about the trip. We did take the offer and "picked up our car in Sweden". While we chose not to drive the car there, it was exciting and everything as advertised. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Hassle free, friendly people and exciting adventure. Our ten day trip to Denmark and Sweden cost us less than a long weekend in NYC! The people at Volvo travel were also extremely professional and very helpful with ideas. I have not taken any vacation that went as advertised and without a hitch. Can't wait to buy another Volvo and do it again. Now we have our C70 and loving it. Thanks Bob. More
