It was a painless and pleasant experience as they have a very nice waiting room with comfortable chairs to relax in while your car gets checked out. When I was first looking for a car I contacted the dealership via email with some questions and got them answered the next day. When I finally made it out to the dealership John and myself went to test drive a few models I was interested in and ultimately got saddled up a few hours later. The process was very smooth and John was great in answering any questions I had. When I came back in a few days later, John showed me all the features that the car had to offer and to make sure I knew where everything was located.
