I worked with Michael Christopher for nearly all of our purchase of the XC60. I am completely new to Volvo and Michael helped my wife and I decide which was the right one for us. The controls and features were different from what we were used to, however Michael made this transition seamless and easy. We were setup up with everything 100% prior to leaving. This would have taken a lot of work to figure out myself. Michael was also very knowledgeable about the different trim levels. It was a pleasant and interactive process that included as much listening to what we were looking for as much as guiding us to the right combination. The more I drive my new Volvo the more I love it. I'm glad I stopped in to Volvo of Lisle. I'm never excited to buy a car, however this was a great experience. More

My only complaint was I had to wait close to an hour for a finance person to complete my transition. I understand but I thought that was a bit too long. I think I will love my new car.
