It was a pleasure working with Rick Winkler and Tom Schultz at Volvo of Lisle. They provided professional, personalized service with the purchase of our new vehicle. It took a few weeks for us to make our car-buying decision and we looked at several other brands. Volvo of Lisle kept in touch and provided us the information we needed in a such a personalized and caring way. We never felt pressure or that we were just another customer. Feeling good about the relationship with our dealer helped us know that we were making the right choice. Oh, and we love the car too! More

I was in this dealership 2 years ago and explored purchasing a Volvo vehicle but chose a different vehicle brand and dealership. I quickly ran back to Volvo of Lisle for the car I should have orgini purchasing a Volvo vehicle but chose a different vehicle brand and dealership. I quickly ran back to Volvo of Lisle for the car I should have orginially purchased. Lolita Cook and Ken Kowal moved heaven and earth to make the deal happen with my trade-in and new 2013 XC60. Lolita was very pleased that I came back and always knew I would! The Volvo XC60 was the perfect car for myself and two teenage driving daughters. Lolita's customer service skills went above and beyond just selling a car...she worked on getting us the right vehicle for the family. I love Lolita's spark, personality, professionalism and most of all sincere attitude while working in a market that only concentrates on the sale ($$$) rather than the individual. Ken Kowal was also a pleasure to work with when the husband came in for the final numbers and the negoitations began. The husband is in the car business as well and there was lots of numbers being thrown around by him. But, between Lolita and Ken they made it happen. I would highly recommend this dealership, Lolita and Ken to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have been in several times since and the service after the purchase still remains at the highest level. I truly believe that I will be a forever Volvo lover because of product and my wonderful sales staff! Thank you to all. More

We were about to head out on an interstate road trip and noticed noises from under the hood. Dominic was able to get us in on pretty short notice. I have always had great service here.Just frustrated as I live 45 minutes away and brought S80 in yesterday for oil and filter change.
