TERRIBLE, hostile service. Was threatened by the service manger for having the loaner for more than one day. The staff at service bent over backwards to get my car completed,even though the insurance company took time to get answers back. I was out of town and broke down and my car was returned clean and complet completed,even though the insurance company took time to get answers back. Poor to unsatisfactory I leased a 2015 XC 70 and turned in the car 10 months early for reasons not worth mentioning. I asked their Leasing agent, Ms. Murphy if I could ground the car at Hudson Valley Volvo ON 10/21. After over $4K was paid to Volvo Financial to pay off the lease early, I contacted Volvo Financial to notify them of the grounding transaction. FOR 10 DAYS, VOLVO FINANCIAL HAS BEEN CALLING MS. MURPHY AND THE DEALERSHIP IN AN EFFORT TO GET AN ELECTRONIC GROUNDING NOTICE WHICH IS CUSTOMARY BEFORE THE CAR CAN BE INSPECTED FOR CLOSURE. Not only was Volvo Financial unable to get anyone to return their messages, but when I asked a Volvo Financial rep to include me on the next call, a peson named John REFUSED to take care of the issue when confronted. All in, not only wouldn't I recommend this dealership to a fellow consumer, I would strongly recommend that the owners of this dealership perpare their team with the basics of customer service, which from my point of view is non-existent. More
