I purchased a 2004 BMW X3 2.5 SAV from here and the dealership exceeded my expectations. The employees were friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. When i first arrived on a Thursday, he greeted me with a warm firm handshake, and within minutes we were out on the test drive. After the excellent test drive of the immaculate condition vehicle, we sat and discussed a few options. He provided all the information regarding in house financing that I needed (even though i already had financing set up through my local credit union, it was still worth while to see if they could offer anything better. I ended up sticking with my credit union financing because they offered me a great rate, with GAP insurance, and a buyer protection plan). After they appraised my trade-in, we finalized the deal and price of my purchase. I put a small down payment/desposit on the car and left a happy person. Friday's are Brian's normal day off and I was still waiting to hear back from their finance department regarding rates, so not much was done. Come first thing Monday I was in my new (used) car, and driving off into the beautiful sunny afternoon. They took care of everything so I didn't have to step foot into the DMV, which we all know is a huge pain in the butt. That was worth the dealership experience alone. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend purchasing any new or used vehicle through them. More

I rated Hudson Valley Volvo as I did because they were OUTSTANDING in every way. I was driving from Maine to Washington DC with a stop in Poughkeepsie NY where I encountered a misfire in my engine. This was unnerving because I had just had my Volvo XC90 service at another dealer before my trip. The Service Manager, Dan DeCicco, immediately understood my distress and while he knew I was passing through and would not be a returning customer, dropped what he was doing and asked one of the technicians to take an immediate look at the car. They determined that one of the new spark plugs had not been properly connected to the ignition coil. They repaired this, added a complimentary car wash, and sent me on my way. Dan made it clear to me that he was very happy to be of service, gave me his phone number and urged me to call him from the road if I had any further problems. What could have been a nightmare for me was turned into a very pleasant experience and I am enormously thankful to Dan and his staff for their OUTSTANDINNG help. Sincerely, Joe Scott More

They had the right car at a very fair price. They worked with me to make the experience buying out of state very easy and they were unlike any dealer I have ever purchased from.
