Hi Dan, Thanks for your reply, I also wish your department was able to help. I think I was most put off by the fact that my business was not appreciated and that there was never an attempt to figure out a customer friendly solution to my car woes. I was only told no to every solution that was put forth. I choose your dealer because I had a good experience buying my car there but I've twice been disappointed by the professionalism of your staff and their lack of compassion to people whom have taken a large part of their day to visit your dealership to have their cars repaired.
