I was told that they were going to go bad in matter of time and they were related to my original problem(new problems were not PRESENT when my car rolled in to service center)they refuse to take responsibility. VolvoUSA was not help $200 bill paying customer against multi million dollar business, clearly they chose their side .from the beginning. More

I was very pleased with the sales staff, Margot Murphy and Mike Dillon, Sales Manager primarily because they were very friendly, easy-going, anticipated our questions and presented a great price for the new vehicle and trade-in for our 2002 S80. I am confident in the information they shared about the vehicle. While I did purchase an extended 7year/75K warranty, the only negative about the experience was the length of time that the sale took (30 - 45 minutes).
