Trip check revealed bad tires We're soon driving lots of miles for Christmas with family. We took our car in for a Trip Check which is always free and always a smart plan. It was discovered that the two front tires needed replacing immediately. The back tires were moved to the front and the new tires were put on the back. So thankful we didn't start out on our trip without that check. We could have ended up with a serious accident due to one or two blown tires! Our Volvo Dealership was our Guardian Angel this Christmas! More

However, Dana was my service advisor for 7 years at a previous dealer and I can not recommend her more highly. The fact that I'm writing this review after having found out she was working at this dealership should be a testament to the level professionalism and kindness my wife and I experienced from her. I was sad to hear that she would no longer be the face and character that I associated with my current dealer. Service made easy Just drove down the west coast from Washington to California and over to Mesa, my service light came on saying time to take care of me , wow 20000 mil Just drove down the west coast from Washington to California and over to Mesa, my service light came on saying time to take care of me , wow 20000 miles already. Phoned over to Tempe Volvo and got in the next morning for a full service . Simple and easy just had coffee, read my book and IPad and was on the road less then 2 hours later. Service made easy!
