Peter, I apologize that there were some issues during your last visit. As your Advisor had mentioned when you were here, there are multiple different mounts on your car. We understand that you had recently had two of the five replaced. We are happy to show you the defective parts that we found during the inspection if you would like so you can have a better understanding of what was found. Unfortunately with our local conditions being so hot and dry rubber components tend to dry out and don’t last as long as they might in locations with a milder climate.
