We had a problem with our V70 pulling hard to the right, so much so that it became a safety issue. It was easy to get an appointment suitable to our hectic schedule. Brian took the extra time to explain the process by which the adjustments needed to be made. He spoke in terms that I could understand, which I really appreciate, and his manner is soft-spoken, yet friendly. The 4-wheel alignment was made and at a price I can live with. The drive home was perfect. There is another issue for the alignment that I will take care of at later date, due to cost. We know Brian from a previous dealership, so I trust his judgment. The variety of waiting areas is a plus, when you want a quiet place to relax. Everyone was very welcoming. This is not my first visit to the 'new' dealership, and as with the other times, you have created a customer for life. More
Todd was the most professional, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating employee I could ask for. I just bought a new 2011 XC90 after being out of Volvo for about 15 months. Prior to that, I drove the XC90's accommodating employee I could ask for. I just bought a new 2011 XC90 after being out of Volvo for about 15 months. Prior to that, I drove the XC90's for eight years. I came back to Volvo for the quality and the safety of the XC90. But Todd's amazing customer service was so much more than I expected, he helped confirm my decision to go back to driving the Volvo XC90 is a great decision.
