I had been a Powell Volvo customer for a few years, extremely pleased with their customer service. I had been disappointed when I was notified of the sale of Powell Volvo and the move to Tempe. I was concerned with the transition to Volvo of Tempe as I had had a great relationship with my previous Service Advisor, and I was especially annoyed with the prospect of having to drive out to Tempe in order to get my car serviced. Todd Ehrsam and Volvo of Tempe is worth the drive! Todd makes me feel at ease and confident my car is being taken care of by a professional, trustworthy individual and company, and that my money is well spent. Todd indeed is my deciding factor in continuing business with Volvo of Tempe and you would be hard pressed to find another like him! More

I am impressed with the thoroughness s of the inspection and detection of problems with the battery (replaced because i ws found to be bad), tires are ready to be replaced, and some worn parts in the suspension need to be watched. I expect to keep ny trusty XC for another hundred thousand miles so am glad to be able to come back to you for help. Even though I live in Prescott, it is worth the 230 mile drive to Tempe and back. Our service on 7/12/11 was the best ever that we have had at our Volvo dealer here in the valley. Jud took time to give us a complete review on the service we received and spent a little time on just socia at our Volvo dealer here in the valley.
